2. Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas
We ship to most countries around the globe, with the exception of embargoed or restricted regions. Please note that we currently do not ship to the following countries due to international restrictions:
- Iran
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
- Cuba
- Sudan
- Belarus
- Venezuela
- Myanmar
For remote or difficult-to-access areas, additional charges or extended delivery times may apply. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location.
Delivery Fees
Standard Shipping: Once your order is placed, our customer service team will reach out to provide a delivery fee quote, which will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The delivery fees will be invoiced separately, and we will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction.
Expedited Shipping: For select regions, we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. If you’re interested in this option, please inform our customer service team, and they’ll assist you with the available choices and pricing.
Delivery Timeframe
In-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:
- Asia-Pacific: 7-14 business days
- Europe & North America: 10-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 15-30 business days
Pre-order or custom items: Delivery for these items will depend on production time and availability. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
Delivery Process
Deliveries are conducted during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays.
You will receive an email notification with your delivery date and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If no one is available to accept the delivery during the scheduled time, the courier will attempt to reschedule the delivery. After two failed attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery team has adequate access to your property. Any additional costs for restricted access (e.g., for high-rise buildings requiring special equipment) will be borne by the customer. Please inform us of any such restrictions when placing your order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees as determined by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be borne by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details on applicable charges.
Inspecting Your Order
Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect your items for any damage, defects, or missing parts. If there is an issue, notify the delivery personnel and contact us within 24 hours to report the problem.
Keep the original packaging and documents for any potential returns or exchanges. For damaged or defective items, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
3. Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 1 week. If 1 week have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shoptrovesdnbhd@gmail.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
